Position Description:
• Oversee and forecast harvesting of the different commodities.
• Interact with growers in order to fill the necessary raw
product for the pac-plan.
Duties:
• Good communication between growers and management.
• Monitor crops for compliance with company policy.
Qualifications:
• B.S. in Agriculture or equivalent
• related experience as a Field Representative a plus,
• Farm Manager or PCA.
• This job will require some travel within California.
• Workweek could be up to 7 days a week
