INGREDIENTS:

cups Pictsweet Mixed Vegetables
2 cups new potatoes, sliced and quartered
2 cups tomatoes, diced
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a large stockpot. Bring mixture to a
boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes or until potatoes are
tender. |
