INGREDIENTS:

pkg. Pictsweet Baby Sugar
Snap™ Peas
2/3 cup apple juice
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup broken walnuts
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
Place frozen peas in container and cover with water. Place on stove
top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. In a saucepan,
combine juice, cornstarch and walnuts. Stirring constantly, bring
mixture to a boil. Continue stirring and boil until mixture thickens.
Place peas in serving dish. Pour sauce over mixture and blend well. |
