Place frozen corn, peppers and onions in a saucepan and cover with water. Place uncovered saucepan on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. In a large skillet, sauté red bell pepper and tomato in melted margarine for 4 minutes. Add cooked corn mixture, salt and oregano. Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
