INGREDIENTS:

lb. boneless chicken breast
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
1 pkg. Pictsweet Stir-Fry Lo

5 Tbsp. water
1/8 cup orange juice
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
Cut chicken into thin slices. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok or
skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry for 4 minutes,
or until no longer pink. Remove chicken from wok. Heat remaining 2
tablespoons of oil in wok until hot. Add frozen, seasoned vegetables
until thawed. Stir-fry 4-6 minutes, adding water as needed. Continue
cooking while stirring until vegetables are tender. Add orange juice
and chicken to stir-fry. Heat thoroughly. Serve. |
