INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Pictsweet
fresh Sliced Mushrooms
4 large tomatoes
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/8 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 medium avocado
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
Cut 1/2-inch slice from the stem end of each tomato. Scoop leaving
a 1/2-inch thick shell. Save and chop pulp, discarding seeds and
juice.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, horseradish, salt and
pepper. Stir in tomato pulp, sliced mushrooms and celery. Cut
peeled and seeded avocado into bite size pieces and stir into
filling mixture. Spoon filling into tomatoes.
