Place frozen beans in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Drain. In a skillet, sauté frozen onions and mushrooms in butter. Drain. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into a greased, 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
